Con ayuda del papel vamos haciendo un rollo y cerramos los extremos. Podéis usar la lámina de hojaldre entera o la necesaria para poder hacer el rollo, yo opté por la segunda opción.
  4. Colocamos nuestro brazo de gitano en una fuente apta para horno cubierta con papel sulfurizado y lo pintamos con el huevo batido y llevamos la bandeja al horno. Dejamos que se haga a 180 grados durante 30-40 minutos, hasta que el hojaldre esté doradito. Sacamos del horno y dejamos reposar un par de minutos. Como veis en la foto a mí se me salió un poquito el tomate, así que si os pasa no os preocupéis queda perfecto.
