- Comenzar con la masa:activamos la levadura en un bowl o taza con los 25 gr de levadura una cucharadita de azúcar 3 cucharadas de harina y 2 de agua tiene que quedar como una pasta y la dejamos reposar 10 a 15 minutos hasta que fresca
- Ponemos la harina en un bowl hacemos un agujero y agregamos la levadura activada el agua y el aceite y la sal la ponemos en la harina al costado
- Amasar esto igual a la masa de una pizza
- Para el relleno picar todos los vegetales y mezclar con la carne picada poner el jugo del limón y los condimentos y la sal (comino casi nada por qué es invasivo)
- Dejar el relleno de un día para el otro o 12 horas en la heladera
- La masa suelo hacer la noche anteriore la pongo en una bolsa en la heladera
- Estirar bien la masa en forma circular como una tapa de empanada agregar el relleno en el medio y vamos a estirar los extremos de los costados y por último la parte de abajo o también se puede hacer la forma circular y el relleno arriba fatay abierta
- Colocar en el horno hasta que estén doradas y tengan piso y listo! Cortar unos limones para poner en la mesa por si le quieren agregar más limón 💖
