- Hervir la mandioca pelada y en trozos. Agregar sal terminando la cocción. Retirar en caliente el cordón central. Hacer puré. Cuando esta más tibia agregar el resto de ingredientes y mezclar bien.



- En una cacerola preparar el relleno. En este caso freí la carne con el ajo entero, sal pimente y retire, mientras en la misma cacerola empecé la cocción de la cebolla luego el pimentón y luego tomate picado sin piel, integré y agregué la carne, todo rápido para mantener jugoso. Condimenté a gusto. En caliente agregué el perejil. Luego dejar enfriar.



- En una fuente para horno y mesa, engrasar colocar parte del puré luego la carne, yo agregué huevos duros, no podía dejar de hacerlo, pero no creo que aportó mucho. Y cubrir con el resto del puré.


- Horno precalentado 200*.
- Arriba se puede distribuir unas porciones de manteca o chorrito aceite. Llevar al horno hasta dorar.
