- En la olla gm echamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y ponemos el menú sofreír, a 140 grados yo lo pongo 20 minutos, si tardo menos después cancelo

- Picamos la zanahoria y la agregamos a la olla con la cebolla y los guisantes y dejaremos que se hagan poco a poco
- Mientras vamos formando las albóndigas y las pasamos por una sartén con aceite solo para dorarlas
- Dejamos en papel absorbente que echen todo el aceite sobrante
- Volvemos a la olla gm y le echamos el vino tinto, y sal y dejamos que evapore el alcohol
- Cuando las albóndigas estén todas doradas las pasamos a la olla gm y echamos agua pero que no cubra
- Cancelamos el programa sofreír, cerramos olla y válvula programa guiso 15 minutos, 160 grados presión alta
