  3. Transcurrido ese tiempo escurrir bien las rodajas de pepinos y colocar en el frasco esterilizado intercalando con el líquido caliente de encurtido hasta llenar el frasco.
  4. Dejar enfriar y guardar en heladera por un par de días antes de consumir para que los pepinos tomen gusto.
  5. Si van a hacer más cantidad para guardar en alacena, deben pasteurizarlos. Para ello en una olla colocar los frascos, la llenan de agua hasta la base de la tapa (no cubrirlos con agua). En la base colocar un trapo para evitar que al hervir el agua se muevan. Hervir a fuego bajo por 30 minutos. Dejar enfriar y rotular con fecha de envasado. Duran aproximadamente 1 año en alacena, en lugar fresco y lejos del sol.
