- 2 tomates picados sin piel

- En una cazuela pequeña, ponemos las ciruelas y las cubrimos con agua y reservamos
- Cubrimos el culo de la olla a presión de AOVE y sellamos la carne
- Una vez sellada, añadimos la cebolla, los ajos, el tomate, la canela en rama, las especias, el smen, la sal y rehogamos unos 10 minutos a fuego medio
- Cubrir con agua, cerrar la olla y poner a fuego máximo. Una vez que la pesa empiece a sonar, bajar el fuego a medio alto (mi placa lo máximo es 9 y lo pongo al 6)
- Dejarla cocer unos 40 minutos
- Cuando queden unos 10 minutos para que termine de cocer la carne, escurrimos las ciruelas
- Las dejamos en la cazuelita y añadimos la mantequilla(sin sal), el azúcar y la canela en polvo y ponemos a fuego suave(yo lo pongo al 3)y remover
- Cuando se derrita el azúcar y la mantequilla, bajar un poco el fuego(al 2), y remover hasta que las ciruelas se hinchan. Que no se quemen o quedaran duras.
- Retirar del fuego. Abrir la olla de la carne y comprobar que esté tiena y corregir el punto de sal si fuera necesario.
- Servir la carne en el plato, poner encima las ciruelas y espolvorear el sésamo. Después decorar con los frutos secos y listo. 😋
