- Sacar las obleas y en el centro poner un poco de la mezcla de verduras. No poner mucho para que no se rompan

- Mojar un poco los bordes para que se peguen y apretar del centro


- Hacer pliegues de los bordes al centro, 3 a cada lado


- Pintar una sartén grande con un poco de aceite y poner las gyozas que no se junten



- Poner a fuego muy alto hasta que se doren por abajo.
- Añadir agua hasta la mitad de las gyozas, bajar el fuego a suave, tapar y dejar hasta que se evapore el agua, unos 6-7 minutos



- Emplatar y servir calientes acompañadas de salsa al gusto, yo he mezclado salsa de soja y salsa teriyaki
