  6. Mientras enfría vamos a preparar la crema de chocolate del relleno, tanto la nata como el recipiente donde lo vayamos a montar tienen que estar muy fríos, si no, no va a montar.
  7. Ponemos la nata en el recipiente, le añadimos cacao al gusto y azúcar glas, vamos removiendo con la varilla hasta que monte y reservamos en la nevera
  8. Cuando el bizcocho esté ya frío con cuidado lo desmoldamos y con un cuchillo vamos a cortar a la mitad, de manera que nos queden dos tapas
  9. Rellenamos con la nata de chocolate que hemos preparado y le ponemos la otra tapa
  10. Reservamos en la nevera y preparamos la cobertura que es sencillisima
  11. Metemos al microondas la tableta de chocolate en trocitos con un chorrito de nata hasta que se funda. Removemos bien con un tenedor hasta formar una crema lo ponemos por encima de nuestra tarta y yo me he ayudado con un pincel para repartirlo bien
  12. Por último decoramos yo le he puesto unas bolitas de chocolate por encima, dejamos refrigerar unas horas en la nevera y ya tenemos nuestra tarta
