- Una vez que se calentó bien la mandioca agregar los huevos y la sal c/n revolver hasta que se cocinen los huevos, hay que revolver constantemente para que no se pegue. Igual si se pega un poco en la sartén para mi gusto es la gloria!!! El socarrado es riquísimo, pruébenlo no se van a arrepentir.



- Por último agregar el queso cremoso, mezclar todo y a disfrutar, hay que servir enseguida porque es más rico caliente.
