- Cuando esté bien sofrito se incorpora el tomate y le añadimos es coñac hasta que reduzca.. Cuando esté sofrito agregamos el arroz y lo sofreímos.
- Agregamos el caldo y los guisantes, arrancar a hervir agregar el bacalao desalado. Cocer unos 10 minutos e incorporar un majado de ajo y perejil. Apagar el arroz pasados 5 minutos.


- Total cocción 15 minutos, dejar reposar unos minutos antes de servir. Después nos comemos la."Mona"
