  3. Cuando puedas tocar el arroz sin quemarte formas bolitas y las pasas por pan rallado, luego por huevo y de nuevo pan rallado. Y ahí estaría lista tu croqueta. Aquí tenes varias opciones: ➡️ las podes cocinar así como están en horno hasta que el pan rallado dore. ➡️Las podes cocinar en aceite como haces una milanesa. ➡️ Acá la opción que más me gusta, si te sobró huevo batido las pasas por huevo y las freis como una mila, le da como una capita que hace que quede exquisita!! 🤗
