  3. 3 láminas gelatina
  4. 2-3 cucharadas café soluble (ajustar a vuestro gusto)

  1. En un recipiente ponemos la hojas de gelatina en remojo con agua fria. Dejar así unos 15 minutos.
  2. Mientrastanto, preparamos la panna cotta. En un cazo ponemos los 400 ml de nata, junto con el azúcar y el café soluble. Removemos y llevamos al fuego.
  3. Calentar a fuego medio, removiendo para que, tanto el café como el azúcar, se disuelvan.
  4. Cuando rompa a hervir, retiramos del fuego.
  5. Escurrimos las hojas de gelatina, apretándolas bien con las manos y las incorporamos a la panna cotta caliente. Removemos hasta que la gelatina se haya disuelto por completo.
  6. Repartimos la panna cotta en copas o vasitos y los llevamos a la nevera al menos 4 horas para que cuaje bien.
  7. Para servir lo voy a decorar con nata montada. Ponemos la nata (debe estar muy fria) en un bol y empezamos a batir con unas varillas eléctricas. Cuando empiece a verse más densa le añadimos el azúcar y seguimos batiendo hasta que empiecen a formarse surcos amarillentos. Parar en este punto para que no se os corte.   8. Tambien se puede acompañar con sirope de chocolate, puede ser del super o si apetece hacerlo os dejo tambien la receta, es muy facil y queda riquisimo.
