  3. Ahora trituraremos los piquillos rojos y colaremos para eliminar las semillas. Si se queda muy espeso en el colador podremos añadir un poco de agua para recuperar lo que quede en el cazo volviendo a triturarlo y colameros añadiendolo a lo que ya tenemos, lo ponemos al fuego a reducir y rectificaremos de sal
