  6. Añadimos la mezcla de 3 Quinoa que tenemos cocida al salteado de verduras, los frutos secos pelados y nueces picadas con la mano, rectificamos de sal y pimienta, mezclamos para integrar sabores y pasados unos minutos apartamos del fuego. Y listo para servir, quien lo prefiera caliente. Yo, prefiero esperar a que enfríe. Y este es el resultado final en frío.
