- En una cacerola (sin aceite) coloca el cerdo ahumado en trocitos. Mover con cuchara de madera para que dore de todos lados. Dejar hasta que estén bien dorados y desgrasados. Retirar en un recipiente y reservar. Verás la cantidad de aceite (grasa, en verdad) que quedó en la cacerola. Deshecha esa grasa caliente sin cambiar la cacerola.


- Como al terminar de dorar el cerdo ahumado desechaste la grasa, puedes colocar un poquito de aceite en la cacerola y agregar la cebolla cortada chiquita.

- Agregar las lentejas, el puré de tomate, el cerdo doradito, sal, orégano y pimienta a gusto. Completar con agua caliente y dejar hervir a fuego moderado.

- Cuando empiezan a ablandarse las lentejas, agregar la zanahoria cortada en cubitos bien pequeños. Luego, cuando las lentejas están casi listas, agregar las papas, también cortada en cubitos pequeños. Si preferís, puede ser arroz.


- Una vez que todo está listo, servir en plato hondo. Le dejo juguito para comer con cuchara, en casa nos gusta mucho así! Que lo disfruten!!!
